(CSE: VPN, OTCQB: SRBBF, Frankfurt: 6GQ) (“VPN Tech” or “the Company”) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 150,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years to Michael Hunter in accordance with the provisions of its stock option plan and, pursuant to a strategic advisory engagement agreement, for performing marketing and investor relations services to the Company, Mr. Hunter will receive a finder’s fee of 10% of the gross value of the agreed upon salary of an engaged consultant, talent or management appointee, project acquisition, merger or joint venture transaction, or financial party introduction.
